Monitoring -
We are beginning to see reports working, but MS is still indicating that they are applying patches and this is still an ongoing service outage. We are hosted in the West US which is good - they are saying that service recovery has been observed. Not totally out the woods on this though so we will keep monitoring this.
"Mitigation has been successfully implemented in West US, where service recovery has been observed. We will continue rolling out mitigations across additional regions to restore full service health."
